Venice enogastronomy capital March 17 to 21, 2013
From March 17 to 21 Venice will be the capital of enogastronomy market thanks to Gusto in Scena. 20 internationally renowned chefs will gather in Venice and will be called upon to interpret a new idea of Italian cuisine with the theme “Cooking with … cook without sugar …” designed by Marcello Coronini. The idea is to combine taste and health.
For 2013, the festival has renewed further its formula in three events in one: the Congress of haute cuisine, Chef in concert, The Magnificent Wine, wine tasting table with Italian and international Seductions throat, a series of culinary whims and the city of Venice will have a central role thanks to Out of Taste.
For those who want to enjoy good food and wants to “eat well” in Venice, the authors and editors of Taste in the scene, Lucia and Marcello Coronini have personally selected a score of restaurants and wine bars, the best traditional Venetian restaurants and some big hotels, with a range of costs for every budget, which will be carried out special dinners for four hands with chefs as guests.
