View the Historical Regatta on the terrace on the Grand Canal
To celebrate the Historical Regatta, Ca’ Sagredo Hotel introduces l’Alcova Restaurant & Terrace on the Grand Canal.
On the occasion of the famous Historical Regatta, the chef Michele Potenza presents a special menu inspired by this cultural event, combining the Venetian tradition with his innovative touch.

Aperitif and Court Sagredo’s special Titbits
Hors d’Oeuvre: Raw and cooked Vegetable “Pinzimonio” style, Gazpacho, Mint scented fresh fruits and “Culatello” Ham Skewer, Shrimps Orange flavored Mayonnaise served in a Martini glass.
Fish Menu: Cold “paella” with Fish and Vegetable, “Sicilian” style Swordfish Filet with Pistaccio Pesto from Bronte
Meat Menu: Warm open small Lasagna with white Meat ragout and smoked “Scamorza” Cheese Cream, Veal Escalope flavored with Prosecco and pink Grapefruit
Dessert: Seasonal fresh Fruit Slushed
Aperitif will start at around 1.30 pm in the Hall and the Lunch will be served on the Terrace from 2.00 pm. Menu includes a Selection of Hors d’Oeuvre, either Fish and Meat Menu and Dessert: cost is € 150 per person, beverage excluded, Vat 10% is additional.
