By Car

From the car terminal at Piazzale Roma, you may park at the San Marco Garage and you’ll receive a 10% discount. Alternatively, you can try the parking area of Tronchetto Island, just before Piazzale Roma. Then, take the ACTV public ferry line 2, 5.1, or 4.1 via Canale della Giudecca and get off at the San Zaccaria stop, located just a few steps away from the hotel. If you wish to try a more panoramic itinerary along Canal Grande, opt for line 1. For a higher price, you can take a private water taxi that will take you directly to the hotel.

By Train

Right outside the Santa Lucia train station, take the ACTV ferry line 2, 5.1, or 4.1 via Canale della Giudecca and get off at the San Zaccaria stop, otherwise take line 1 via Canal Grande, a longer way but more panoramic way!

By Air

From Venice’s Marco Polo airport, take the ALILAGUNA water shuttle from the airport landing (the BLUE line stops at San Zaccaria, located just a short walk away from the hotel).

Alternatively, you can take the ATVO or ACTV shuttle bus to Venice-Piazzale Roma or a private water taxi that will take you directly to the boarding house.

From Treviso’s Canova airport, you can take a taxi or the ATVO or ACTV shuttle bus to Venice-Piazzale Roma.

If you intend to move around Venice and the city’s minor islands on the ACTV ferries, it is advisable to buy cumulative tickets from the office in Piazzale Roma. These grant you access to an unlimited number of trips aboard all the lines.

If you choose to go for a private water taxi, make sure you get a quote before taking off and verify that the cabin displays a horizontal yellow band with the city’s license number, which guarantees that you are on a properly authorized vehicle.
