By train | From the Santa Lucia train station, take ferry line 1 (via the Grand Canal) or line 5.1 (via the Giudecca Canal) to the Lido. You’ll reach Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta in less than 45 minutes where the Hotel Riviera awaits you.By plane | From the Marco Polo international airport in Venice, the Alilaguna water shuttle takes you directly to Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta, just a few feet from the Hotel Riviera.

 

By car | Once in Venice – Piazzale Roma, leave your car at one of the parking garages and continue by ferry line 1 / line 5.1 to the Lido . Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta (45 minutes); or follow the signs for Tronchetto and Ferry per il Lido. Hop on the ferryboat that takes you to the Lido in just 35 minutes. When you get off the ferry, turn right and follow the lagoon coast to Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta where you will find the hotel (public parking near the hotel).Venice is just a ten-minute ferry ride from the hotel. Once in St. Mark’s Square, you can admire the Doge Palace, the tall bell tower and St. Mark’s Basilica before shopping along the Mercerie and ending up in Rialto, among the crowds and its market, enjoying the view of the Grand Canal from the famous bridge.
