Saturday 14 July 2012, give you a chance to experienceunique moments in a private terrace facing directly the Lagoon of Venice, where you and you Friends can savour a refine al fresco dinner and appreciate one of the most unforgettable shows all over the world: the famous fireworks of Redeemer Feast in Venice.

The special evening starts at 7.30 pm in the warm atmoshere of our Caffè Baglioni with a Welcome cocktail: just in front of the small canal and the Royal Garden, you will savour the typical Venetian Canapés while sipping wxquisite cocktails and fresh summer aperitif.

Stating form 8.30 om you will be welcomed in the white marble private terrace overlooking the Lagoon, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view on the St. Marc’s Basin and San Giorgio Island.

Redeemer Menù:
*Lobster salad, crunchy prawn, corn cannelloni with cramy codfish and smoked salmon dill favour
*Black ravioli with spinaches, ricotta cheese in a spider srab sauce
*Creamy risotto with scampi and fresh peas
*Prawn tails “tempura” with melon, honey, chilly pepper and peach aromatic vinegar
*Duck breast cooked in rosè wine with Vignola cherries and Friulan Merlot and Charlotte potatoes
*Green apple sorbet
*Wild berries meringue cake
*Water-melon

Rate of the Redeemer Feast at Luna Hotel Baglioni is 390,00 Euro per person, including: welcome cocktail, al fresco gala dinner with dessert served at a private terrace facing the Lagoon, musical entertainment, service beverage (Wine from Canova selection).
