New Exhibition at Prada Foundation in Venice

The Small Utopia. Ars multiplied is the title of the new exhibition at Prada Foundation in Venice. The exhibition is curated by Germano Celant and hosted at Ca Corner della Regina, a splendid palace overlooking the Grand Canal. It was built between 1724 and 1728 by architect Domenico Rossi for Family Corner on the ruins of the palace built at the time of Caterina Cornaro.

The exhibition, which tells the art of the period between 1901 and 1975, documenting more than 700 editions, and multiple prototypes, the transformation of the idea of the oneness of art and its perception not only through the multiplication of objects, but also in the various languages ​​of the twentieth century artists’ books, magazines, experimental cinema, the radio.

The exhibition will run from July 6 to November 25, 2012, from 10 am to 6 pm. Closed on Tuesdays.
