Venice Casino

The two sites of the Casino of Venice

Venice Casino is the oldest casino in the world, established in 1638.
Nowadays, it has two sites: the historical palace of Ca’ Vendramin, on the Grand Canal (vaporetto stop: San Marcuola) and the more recent casino of Ca’ Noghera on the mainland, not far from the airport.
Thanks to its position, the Casino of Venice at Ca’ Vendramin is not only used for roulette and gambling card games, but also for elegant dinners, concerts, shows and events, when its guests enjoy its romantic garden on Grand Canal.
In order to access Venice Casino, a valid passport and an appropriate attire is required (dress code forbids sport attire).
