The appointment is at 7:00 pm in our Fireplace Room: Arlecchino, Pantalone & Colombin are waiting for you for our exclusive Welcome cocktail where you can savour the typical Venetian Canapès served with the well-known Bellini and Rossini cocktails.
From 8:00 pm you will be involved by the Masters of Dance performing the historical Minuetto Dance, in the marvellous Marco Polo Ballroom, a real artistic jewel with the original frescoes of the XVIII Century of the School of Tiepolo. You will have the chance to experience the real Venetian life back to XVIII° Century.
The Chef Cosimo will surprise you with a refined Carnival dinner served in this unique setting: a selection of avant-garde dishes featuring traditional products from the Veneto Region… And don’t miss the exquisite typical Venetian desserts: “frittelle & galani”.
The evening will continue with our Disk Jockey and a selection of International Covers, rock and latin dance, the great ’70s & ’80s…
